Shipping & Delivery
We will endeavour to have orders despatched within 2 days of us confirming your order and you can expect delivery to be completed within 3-5 working days.
If we are unable to supply the products or there is likely to be a delay in delivery we will notify you as soon as possible. In this event you may cancel your order and you will be entitled to a full refund.
Delivery will be by courier. Deliveries can only be made to a physical address, we are not able to make deliveries to PO Boxes and deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays.
Please ensure you have your order delivered to an address where someone is available to sign for it. If you are unavailable to sign for an item when our courier calls they will leave a card at the delivery address so you can arrange for the re-delivery or collection of your goods.

Returns and Exchange Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return the product within 30 days from the date you purchased it and get a full refund or exchange the product. Any product you return must be in its original packaging. The cost of return freight or postage will be your responsibility.
If you find your footwear does not fit then providing you return the product to us in the original packaging we will waive freight and handling charges on the replacement, please follow instructions as below for returns.
We will replace all items damaged in transit or containing manufacturing faults, delivery charges will be waived on shipping replacement items.
Only items purchased through our online store may be returned to Denstock. For Denstock products purchased through other retailers please contact the retailer from whom purchase was made for their returns policy.
